After reading the Coffee-Cup review I used this product to fix 2 blown whistles. The product came out of the tube in an almost liquid state, so I have my doubts. Spread it evenly with your fingers and follow the directions. Leave it on for 24 hours, then turn on the Zippo burner and now I can smoke my favorite pipe again. Excess can be easily removed with a paper towel.
