After reading the Coffee-Cup review I used this product to fix 2 blown whistles. The product came out of the tube in an almost liquid state, so I have my doubts. Spread it evenly with your fingers and follow the directions. Leave it on for 24 hours, then turn on the Zippo burner and now I can smoke my favorite pipe again. Excess can be easily removed with a paper towel.

Use of this product is abnormal. I am a pipe smoker and my favorite pipe is burned (partially burned part of the bowl) and I have used this product to repair the weakness of the bowl as it can stick and strengthen when exposed to heat. This product has worked great and I have used it on a few of my other whistles. I first heard about this product from another piper for my project and it has allowed me to keep and continue using my beloved pipe.

We just installed a wood stove in our old fireplace and this thing worked! We used it to seal all the flexible duct connections to the oven itself. There were no concerns about air leaks. Overall the product has worked great so far. When we applied it, after a day it was hard and the oven was ready to use. I've read other reviews that say you need to reuse the product after a year, so I plan to check it out and get back to you. But all in all this is a great product.
