This is my first set of stainless steel pans so I can't compare them. I also had to learn how to use them properly, how to let them warm up sufficiently before adding food. Most of the time I succeed because the meat doesn't stick. I still have a problem with burning potatoes, but I'm sure it's a lack of knowledge and practice. I have a flat electric stove top and the inside of the pots sometimes changes color but for now I use a stainless steel cleaner and it comes back to the perfect surface easily. Crowded outside is quite a sight. I've had them for about 2 months now and I love them and know they will last for many years!
