There are times when that flexible shaft extension and/or angle adapter can save your ass. However, they are cheap and get very hot, indicating a lot of internal friction. The angle adapter is also annoying because it is not 90° and is too small to be able to push it through easily when drilling a hole. (By the way, if it's not obvious, you'll need a set of 1/4-inch hex drill bits to use this accessory.) I'm not going to say you shouldn't buy this, but in the long run you'll be better off with a well made true 90 degree adapter like DeWalt.
