As they say, it easily connects to the existing wiring harness. I just need to ground the wire harness to the chassis, which is what I did with the license plate screw. I've had it for over a month, it's been in salt water many times and shows no signs of wear. If you need trailer lights on your Wrangler, you're going to be a sucker for not using them. It was so simple that I doubted it would work, but of course you get fully functional trailer lights. It would have been nice if it had a reverse wire connection, but overall a great 5 minute setup.
