OK. But not for jewelry.
It helps with my arthritis. However, I don't know what metal it is made of. I'm pretty sure it's not titanium. After wearing it for a short time, the bracelet is covered with scrapes and scratches. The only things he has come into contact with are my shirts, some branch boards and a plastic laminate countertop. None of them will scratch a real titan. The bracelet looks pretty bad and needs polishing to remove the ugly scuffs and scratches. If you want it for arthritis I recommend it. If you plan to use it for jewelry, use tungsten carbide instead.
