These taco cups work great. I read another reviewer who mentioned they had to use an air fryer. So I decided to try the air fryer first and then the oven. I cooked the meat for the tacos and cooked all the ingredients. I've uploaded a video so you can see what I mean when I say you use molds to make a bowl. It comes with 8 molds. So if you use an oven you can finish all the shapes at once. The reason you put a flatbread in one pan and then put another pan on top is to prevent the flatbread from sticking together. The upper form prevents this. A few minutes in a 360 degree fryer and I was able to remove the top and bottom molds and then the mold was warm enough to hold its shape. Iceland turned it on its head because the heat from my deep fryer came from the top and continued cooking for a few more minutes. I cooked my first bowl a few minutes longer and had to check. But I learn from my mistakes and my second try was perfect. There's a big hit my teens have. In the video I use large burritos to give you a bigger ball, but you can use burritos that really fit the mold. You can find larger tortillas than burritos in the tortilla section of your grocery store. We've been eating at home a lot during the pandemic so this was a new treat and was very well received.
