I had high hopes for the design and while it is adjustable, after a few hours of wearing the firmness of the hook starts to hurt my ears, which puts me off buying this model in 1st 3rd week but I kept it as a backup. For the price and in a pinch it will do, but I will not buy it back, which I usually do for my family if I like a product. Eliminate the lack of sound and replace the hook with rubber material, then we have a winner.
