Great product but doesn't completely remove the taste from my water. To reduce the cost of bottled water, I decided to switch to tap water. It was hard because our tap water tasted weird. (Our city uses filtered groundwater, so there are no harsh chemicals from the water tower.) The pH boost and Florine filter are the reason I bought this one. My faucet's pH was already around 8, but that brought it down to around 9.5. It filters as advertised, removing most of the flavor but not all of it. (hence the minus 1 star) Also, I had trouble stopping the filter after the first two refills. After I started filling it with less water it works great and doesn't clog.
