The surface is uneven, the phone falls.
Surface of the adhesive pad uneven. So when you put your phone on it, it just sticks to the edges of the lining. This means that the phone will easily fall after 5-10 minutes of inactivity. This is a great product, if only the mat was flat and held the phone properly it would be perfect but unfortunately it's not :( Great customer service so I gave it 2 stars out of 5 instead of 1.
