Everything arrived, looks great, works great. Except for the whistle. Returned/exchanged for a new set, the whistle has gotten a little better but still doesn't make a sound. I ended up abandoning the kit because everything else works fine. I bought a new whistle elsewhere for a great whistle tone. However, I recommend buying something like this set if you plan to walk and exercise your dog. Even if you're just walking the dog, in a handy pouch and hold your phone, bin bags, treats, water bowls. The clicker is great for learning and rewarding at the same time. I'm still learning how to use it. But I feel like I have all the tools I need to get started.
