Good design and works well
Camera: Sony A6000 Arrived on time and was better than I expected. The thumb grip is all metal and has a small magnet and a notch that holds the hand down. Once connected there is almost no noticeable wobble from the crank, you really have to look for it. I don't have any cons as it works exactly as you would expect, but note that while it makes the camera easier to hold, it's not a good substitute for a full grip. Ideally, it should be used in conjunction with him. Haven't used it much in the field yet, but so far I'm very happy with it.
