Not lockable

Bought for my husband at 07 duramax. It appeared to be slightly smaller than the original that was on the truck and the latch didn't stay in place so it wouldn't stay closed until slammed shut. He had to remove the latch and put it on his old cover for it to work. I should have ordered the bar for $8 instead of paying $70 for it.
