Do some research, read about this stuff and what it does (including Alzheimer's, amazing info) to see if you should try it. All I can say is that in a matter of weeks I went from a lethargic apathetic state to a much better state. I don't run marathons or anything like that, but I "feel" a lot better. I open 2 capsules and put them in water so that's 1000mg per day. I'll keep this one in stock with a few others. So glad I tried it!
