JARS WITH SEAT Not suitable for food
I ordered these for making herbal tinctures. I prepared my tincture as usual and poured it into these jars. I knew something was wrong when I could still smell what was in the jar as I stood by. I checked the seal twice and it seemed fine. Today, 1 1/2 days after making the tincture, I noticed that all the jars were sweating a lot on the inside, which shouldn't be the case. Now that everything I've worked so hard for is destroyed. Next time I go canning I'll spend more to get good ones. These jars are great for non-perishable items such as coins, cotton buds, etc. DO NOT USE FOR FOOD!
