My Shar Pei had a piece of food lodged in her throat and the proccess of removing it was traumatic for her. Ever since then, she will barely eat and is skin and bones. I've had to force feed her special high-calorie food, until I bought this. I was desperate to get her to eat something on her own, and sprinkling TruDog on her recovery food worked! She's eating on her own now. I will be buying more in the future. I would definitely recommend this for dogs who are picky eaters.
