As a professional online retailer reviewer, I was eager to see what 77L has to offer for my own household and kitchen. However, I was underwhelmed by the trip as a whole. Even if the website's design isn't terrible, I had a hard time locating specific information. In addition, I was able to get identical items elsewhere for far lower prices. It was a hassle to finish my transaction due to the lengthy checkout procedure and occasional technical difficulties. The poor quality of the items I ordered was confirmed when they finally arrived. They looked nothing like the photographs on the website, thus I was disappointed. The helpfulness of the customer service staff wasn't enough to make up for the disappointing overall shopping experience. As a whole, 77L's offerings, pricing, and treatment of customers all fall short of expectations. As a reviewer, I have faith that 77L will use my suggestions to become a more customer-focused business that provides them with the high-quality products they deserve.
