Easy to use, easy for customers too! The customer service is great as well - they are always willing to help you out if there's anything at all wrong with your account or order information. I wish it was easier to change font sizes of some fields (like my phone number). It would also be nice to have an option where we could see what our current credit balance in Truckast Cash Back program looks like without having to log into another page each time. We've been using this software since 2012 so not much has changed over those years but overall everything works just fine now. Our accounting department uses them to keep us up-to date about how many trucks were used during different periods throughout the year which makes scheduling trucking jobs very efficient because no one needs to call around looking for available equipment anymore.
