Here you go. The product works and seems to be a good quick replacement for an old 1TB spinning hard drive that I replaced. The problem is that it took too long to get everything working. That's what happened. I physically installed the drive and connected the cables. Use the provided link and download the "Toolbar Software" which contains the cloning software. Problem one: The hard drive is not recognized. I called support. Robert says the software isn't working properly and SanDisk engineers are working on it. Robert helps me initialize the drive and recognize it on my system. Excellent! Now I can clone this thing. Unfortunately, this software is provided by Sandisk Does. no Work. Another phone call and luckily I call Robert again. He says there are issues here too and you should try googling third party software. Luckily I did it yesterday while fooling around in anticipation of today. I found AOMEI, downloaded the free version and after removing the broken SanDisk dashboard and the broken SanDisk cloning software, I was able to clone the drive and finally run it.
