I cut a 3mm pad to 12x12mm and used it on a Raspberry Pi 4B processor. The maximum temperature during the stress test was 55 degrees Celsius with the fan program running at variable speeds. The addition of four 6x6mm Alphacool radiators brought the temperature down to 53 degrees during testing. Both sides of the thermal pad have good adhesion. Good thermal conductivity. The top of the pillow was 48 degrees Celsius (118F) during the stress test. After gluing the heatsinks during the stress test, the tops of the heatsinks felt warm, indicating good heat dissipation. Great product, now I have enough thermal pads for Raspberry Pi for the next 220 years :-)
