Punctured irreversibly on the second ride, cannot be sewn up

To be honest, this is actually a tube with mucus in it. That's all. In my case the sealing function didn't work: almost immediately (during the second ride on this tube, in the rear wheel) I got a puncture and the slime spattered, but the hole could not be sealed (see photos). The suspicious thing is that the hole is just over 3mm, the maximum size of a hole that can supposedly be closed. None of my other tubes have had a hole that big (and I've had a lot of flats lately). Perhaps the tube is designed to rupture just enough to be larger than the promised size that can be sealed? Who knows. It's also possible that the 85-95psi pressure range is too high to actually seal. However, it didn't work for me. Worst of all, this tube cannot be patched because of the constant leaking of mucus and the patches not sticking (there must be some interaction between the glue and the mucus). I've tried patches three times, which worked in most other apartments, but they just didn't hold up properly. As soon as I inflate the hose, some air always comes out. This means that the probe can no longer be used after it has been pricked once - this is significantly worse than any ordinary probe without mucus. The bottom line is that this tube does not close the puncture and usually cannot be patched. PS Oh yes, and these hoses are inconvenient to pump because the mucus will continue to seep through the valve into the pump, causing a risk of clogging.
