Review on ☕ Comfee 1.7L Stainless Steel Electric Tea Kettle - BPA-Free, Cordless with LED Light - Fast Boil & Auto Shut-Off (1500W) by Jennifer Ford

When my previous kettle stopped working I just took the Revain and ordered a new one. I didn't think about functions. Turns out, features are important to me. The first thing I noticed was that there was no see-through window at the water level, so you never know how much water is in there without looking. Then I saw that people were concerned about the BPA warning on the packaging. . I was wondering why the BPA warning when it's stainless steel? The warning appears to be related to the device's cover being made of plastic. Now the lid is not inside the kettle between the boiling water you are about to drink. So, I don't know how dangerous it is, but there will be condensation and such, so I'll look for a kettle with a stainless steel lid. Now back to the transparent water level window. This window is probably plastic, so I'll have to re-evaluate and just take the glass window if it exists. The third thing I don't like is that the kettle wobbles when you put it on the heating element. Oh, another big difference from my previous kettle: the switch to turn it on is on the bottom, not next to the handle like on my old one. FYI, I was able to find a kettle with a stainless steel lid.
