The headset is amazing! It needed a bit of tweaking as the instructions they send aren't the best. I had to do my own research on various websites to figure this out myself. I didn't have a USB cable, although I needed to connect to a computer. I had one on hand and initially had problems, so there may have been an incompatibility with the cable. I found another one and now it seems to work. The headset is a bit heavier than I initially expected, but once you put it on you forget it's there and it's very comfortable. The quality is fantastic and other people I've spoken to say I sound a lot cleaner than without it.
