Slim but stretchy sleeves
I'm 5'9 190 very athletic build, I usually wear a 15.5 slim with 34/35 sleeves and the sleeves on the sweater stretch out quite a bit. If you have 35/36 sleeves, it'll be better. Otherwise, chest fits very well.
