Ordered Sunday, Arrived Thursday. Removal Procedure: Apply a small amount of rust remover to the old bolts if they are tight. Remove the old frame (I already had a broken one). Twist the plastic rod clamps down. Pull the rods out of the latch. They're long enough that you don't have to worry about them falling out the back door. Use a 13mm socket to remove the three screws holding the latch. Installation: Click on the latch. new clips (included) on. I used needle nose pliers to secure the clip. Use rubbing alcohol to remove any remaining old double-sided foam. Remove the paper from one side of the foam on the new latch. Position the bezel over the latch. Insert the bottom tabs of the faceplate into the holes in the rear door and snap the faceplate into place. It looks good and works well.
