So pretty! Great fabric, good design. Ideal! And made in the USA!

Bought a few, keep this one. The fabric is soft and comfortable to wear. Perfect red. Ruffles are gathered around the edge of each layer to accentuate the skirt. The inner layer is seamed away from the body to avoid irritating the skin. Very well designed. Can the skirt be 15 inches long? My daughter wanted it to flare up when she danced and it does! We bought it for a 70's themed party but she plans to wear it to ballet class as well. She also wants black.
