We have been using red zone in our brewery since it launched over 5 years ago now so we know what to expect from them when they launch something new or improve an existing feature (like their mobile app).
They are always listening closely to feedback as well which is great because I can't imagine any of my colleagues disliking anything related to this product - everyone loves working here :) It's not perfect but nothing ever will be at first time out anyway right? So far no issues really other than minor stuff like some features could use workflows/workflow templates etc., perhaps more training would help too if you're expecting all your staff members to jump straight into creating content without guidance sometimes. But otherwise just go ahead & give it try-it works fine once people get used to how things operate. Our team uses RZ mostly during brew day.
