Review on Netomi by Jim Reinhardt

The ease of using this software has been amazing! There are many different features that I have not explored but from what i do see it seems pretty simple for even someone with no coding knowledge or computer skills like myself! We were able solve some problems we had before by implementing netmimi into our system which was great as there really wasn't anything else out their doing similar things!! Nothing so far :) Great tool if you need an automated system! You can get away without having any employees dedicate themselves to solving customers' needs when they come through the door. With just one person dedicated to taking incoming calls/emails etc., more time gets spent actually helping people vs getting bogged down answering questions about how to access certain information (as opposed to being helpful). Also helps keep track of all tasks taken care of during shift changeover since everything's logged automatically. No idea why anyone would dislike something because honestly its done wonders for us :D If you're looking for.
