The ease of using this software has been amazing! There are many different features that I have not explored but from what i do see it seems pretty simple for even someone with no coding knowledge or computer skills like myself! We were able solve some problems we had before by implementing netmimi into our system which was great as there really wasn't anything else out their doing similar things!! The ability of netomis technology that allows me as an agent be able give accurate answers without having access to all information or being there with customers face by Face ID software makes my job easier than ever before! I dislike nothing about this product other then perhaps some minor things such like not liking how long it takes for responses but overall great tool!! This program has helped us get more calls answered quicker which means we are getting back up into our normal volume range
