Not for red wine on white cotton cover
After reading the research and reviews I ordered Amodex to clean up red wine that was spilled on a white 100% cotton duck fabric sofa cover. I removed the top coat and followed the directions exactly, allowing the solution to set in (I hadn't treated the stain before). After washing (but not drying), the stains just faded to a purplish gray. I let them air dry and repeated the process and got the same results. I have emailed Amodex with suggestions as to what to do now but never received a response. Disappointed and now looking for another solution!
