Amazon packaging looked great on delivery, no signs of damage. When I opened it the K&N box was damaged and looked like there was cheap tape on it like it had been opened and repackaged. Upon inspecting the product, I found that the main pipe was damaged. I contacted Amazon support who said I can return it. Wait for it to come back, then send another one. I noticed that the damaged area was the part that connected to the throttle body with a rubber hose. I'm a little impatient so I decided to install it and luckily it worked. Installation took about 45 minutes. This defiantly adds depth to the sound with a noticeably louder engine. It's not uncomfortable, but a little louder. I haven't done DYNO before or since, so I won't talk about gains, but DYNO is good for the glutes.
