These are very good mounts at a great price. For a third of the price of other anodized aluminum parts, you should expect some quality control issues. It's just die cast aluminum mounts with a good powder coat finish. It's a matte finish that looks amazing. However, if you don't have the brains and don't know how to deal with the problems that arise, I would go for bindings that have guaranteed good quality but a higher price. I had to tap holes in one of my mounts as there were no threads. Luckily, the 1.00 M6 tap was enough to cut through the soft aluminum and get a working bracket. Slightly silly is that the threads are powder coated, but it can be removed with the same tap. All in all I would buy them again but if I need something that just works then there are many others at a higher price point. .
