Online Shopping at Glitzby Was a Disappointment

For my friend's upcoming baby shower, I decided to make my first buy from Glitzby. Unfortunately, my interaction with this web shop was less than ideal. First of all, I had a hard time navigating the website and eventually gave up. I had a hard time visualizing what I was buying because of the unclear product descriptions and photos. Second, I was told that the items I had ordered were temporarily out of supply and would not be returning to the warehouse for several weeks. I had already scheduled the baby shower and was counting on the presents arriving in time. I had to wait several days for a response from customer service, which only made things worse. When I did hear back from them, it was to tell me that my order had been shipped, but nothing had come. The overall quality of the products and the responsiveness of the customer service staff at Glitzby fell short of my expectations, and I would not suggest this online store to a friend.
