I like how easy it was to integrate with our payroll system as well as our ERP/HRIS systems. Also, we're able to pull employee times from many different sources (payroll databases such as ADUC or Paychex etc) so not having all of those data in one place makes sense for us. Reporting can be kind-of slow at first but once you go through setup process several reports are pretty fast - some more than others though. The UI could definitely use improvement as there's still lots of places where someone has pressed "enter" while editing their input without noticing when saved changes. It helps keep track of employees' work hours across multiple locations. The best thing about this software is that it is integrated with our payroll system. This has made it easier for us to track time and attendance. The interface could be more user friendly. It's a bit complicated to navigate. It's a great software. I have been able to track time and attendance for my employees. It has made it easy to track time and attendance. It has also helped me to know how much time my employees are spending on each task.
