I had LED lights on my previous truck and wanted the same design for the LED taillights. They changed the design into a two-part app. Had to take tailgate off to line up and drill properly as my 2012 f250 had some metal on the sides pushing the light out, the tape wouldn't hold it so well. They're bright at night, however there isn't much of a difference in brightness when the turn signal is on as they stay on and just blink instead of turning off and back on completely. This makes my truck stand out from all the others, which is a plus. So far so good and no problems.
