Rugged Compact Powerful Raspberry Pi Case

This is a very compact and rugged case for up to 4 Raspberry Pi 3B+ or 4B boards. All the details are cut and drilled accurately enough. Assembly will take some time as the kit includes many fasteners holding the parts together. As for the case itself, assemble everything loosely, adjust the fit, and then tighten everything up. Some dexterity, patience and/or tweezers are recommended to position some of the small parts for assembly. The circuit boards are attached to acrylic plates that fit into slots in the case. The RPi boards are well secured to the panels, but again some dexterity or tweezers is helpful to assemble the tiny nuts/stands. 50mm fans provide powerful cooling. I put 4 overclocked boards in the build and they run under 50 degrees at 100% steady state. (In CanaKit fan cases, the same board ran at 60-65C under the same load.) My only gripe is that the GPIO headers for the fans are quite long and get in the way of the board above a bit. It mates very closely with the GPIO headers. Short plugs would be ideal. But they work with some tricks. My delivery was missing a plate with a C4 nut. The support correctly sent an additional plate with a nut. It happens. Thanks for the quick response and customer service! If you don't like faux wood (that was all that was available back then), it's also available in black. The 4 boards work headless and in this case easily power the output of an Anker PowerPort 6 60W charger/power supply. (12 watts per port) for a decent box of 4 Pis.
