PowerSports 13 years old, not recommended, photos attached

13 years professionally active in power sports. Good value for money, that's why I bought it. First, the inserts are plastic and do not cover the entire surface of the inner tube (see photo). I overlooked that, but the insert is not long enough, when screwing in the sleeve it rests against the outer tube of the fork (see photo). Essentially, you have to drive the bushing halfway in, then use the gasket to push the bushing in AND SEAL the rest of the way, which can damage the gasket. This completely defeats the purpose unless you have an OTHER KIT to drive the bushing in all the way and then use it to drive in the gasket. I have tried this on a VTX 1300C, seal height 11mm (see photo) and also on the Victory Cross Country Tour. , seal height 10.5 mm. The inserts are too short to insert the outer sleeve/washer (see photo), then drive the gasket in fully seated and install the snap ring/clip. Might work for random fork seals with lower overall seal height ie 10mm or less but not sure. I have returned the product and intend to purchase a more expensive kit. The first review I ever wrote was just to give an idea to anyone interested who is considering reusability and using it almost every day.
