Overall good experience using this tool

I like that we are able to communicate with our customers via email and social media, which is great for engagement and customer service. The reporting could be improved. I would like to see more options for reports than just "Inbox", "Sent" and "Spam". Also it would be nice if you could set up multiple lists in one account so you don't have to create new accounts to manage multiple lists. We use ClearView Social to keep all of our communication channels in one place. It's easy to set up and customize the look/feel of each channel. Plus, it has allowed us to improve our customer service while allowing us to stay organized.
