I enjoyed using this product because it allowed me to write my own reports within minutes instead of months or years like other software providers have done in the past (such as HP VEE). The interface is not user friendly at all! If you are looking for anything specific from an analytical point-of view then consider another provider which will make your job easier. You should be able to provide real time results without having any trouble with data entry errors etc., but sometimes that wasn't always possible if there was more than one report being produced per day - so again go down hill quickly here unless what else has been stated above can easily rectify these issues? We had used several different tools over many departments before we found something suitable enought o use across our business where everyone could share information between themselves quicker when working together collaboratively.
