I was very surprised at how strong and secure the mount attached to my helmet was. Due to the many ventilation openings on most bicycle helmets, the self-adhesive included in the kit is impractical as there is not enough surface area. There weren't any helpful instructions, but in the end it wasn't that hard to figure out how to set it up. Each side has a zippered strap. What makes the binding so effective is the presence of medium density rubber attached to the bottom. When pressure is applied to each side strap, the bleed points engage the rubber to lock the mount firmly in place. Even if the user accidentally opens one of the clips while turning the camera on or off, the remaining strap will hold the mount in place, ensuring the mount and camera will not fall off. Again very satisfied with the product. As some others have mentioned, the product was a true Go Pro product.
