I'm not sure if others said this mount wasn't a legitimate GoPro mount and a low quality product. I installed it on my stock bike helmet and haven't had any problems so far. The straps feel appropriate and the buckles keep the straps snug. My Hero Black 9 stays in place. I use it on high speed scooters and unicycles. It was very easy to attach to the helmet. Must have taken 2 minutes. What else is there?

Difficult to get a very strong mount and for me at least the internal straps are uncomfortable on my head after a few hours of riding so consider a self-adhesive backing under consideration. mount instead. I've been using it on my road bike trail for about 2 weeks and it's great! This mount positions my GoPro Hero 4 Silver perfectly on my helmet and keeps it securely in place. When properly attached to my helmet, I've had no issues with the straps loosening and falling off. Simple and well made with quality materials. The time will show. Attaches easily, but it may take some trial and error to figure out which hole locations are best for the attachment to make it strong and hold its position.
