I use this small swamp fridge at my desk in a large building that claims to have air conditioning. On these muggy Ohio summer days, my office looks like it's from the mid-70's. I'm a little warm. This device fits on my desk and at close range meaning blowing on me makes a world of difference. I usually run it on lower settings because I get too cold. Now let's be honest, no one should expect this to cool a room or that it's anything but what it is: a small evaporative cooler. However, it works fine. I've tried putting a filter in my tiny fridge overnight and throwing small ice cubes in the water tank and these strategies have been generating very cold air for quite some time. I'm happy with mine and have ordered another one. They are so good as long as your expectations are not too high. Great product at a more than fair price.
