This branded device impresses with its simplicity and the result. Of course, you can't just stick anything in there. I tried a recipe I found on YouTube (well, a mix of the two recipes) and it turned out great. The texture was perfect. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Here is the recipe I used. Ingredients: 2 eggs, divided into parts, 1.5 cups of milk, 4 tbsp. Separate the yolks and whites and whisk together the yolks, milk, butter, vegetable oil, and amaretto.2 Whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.3 Beat the remaining egg whites with the sugar and beat until stiff (if you lift the beaters straight out of the egg whites and then turn them, the egg whites should rise to a stiff peak on their own). .4 Beat the milky liquid into the flour mixture (making sure the batter is still a little lumpy), then add the egg whites, being careful not to drain. 5 Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron and bake for about 3-4 minutes.
