Great customer support & help improving your hospitality experience

The team at feed it back are very helpful, they have supported us through our entire journey with them so far! We've used their services to collect data from guests who haven't left feedback before as well as after guest reviews - this has been great because we can see if there's any impact that may be affecting customers' experiences in general or just one of ours specifically. I wish you could send out surveys/feedback forms directly via email instead of having people click links every time but in reality not much else comes up when i think about what would improve my service. So overall good :) Just keep using them!! They're really easy going and will always respond quickly whenever problems arise. Feedback collection which improves business operations by providing insights into areas where an organisation needs improvement (such as internal processes).
