The team at feed it back are very helpful, they have supported us through our entire journey with them so far! We've used their services to collect data from guests who haven't left feedback before as well as after guest reviews - this has been great because we can see if there's any impact that may be affecting customers' experiences in general or just one of ours specifically. I wish you could send out surveys/feedback forms directly via email instead of having people click links every time…
