This review comes after almost a year of ownership of this product. I was very happy to receive this camera in November 2020 as my first camera trap. Setup was easy, cell service worked well even in the country where I live. Lots of options to set the schedule and frequency of recordings. Image quality isn't as good as other cameras, but this one is a lot cheaper. I chose a spy camera because I needed a free photo transfer plan option (100 photos per month for free). I think you get what you pay for. In July, the camera stopped sending pictures to my phone. Turns out he wasn't filming anymore. I took out my camera and searched the Spypoint troubleshooting website. They have a very detailed troubleshooting page with lots of videos. I went through it step by step and did everything they suggested. New batteries, new Class 10 SD card (max 32GB), updated firmware, etc. No luck, the camera still doesn't send any pictures. Contacted support via live chat (good luck on the phone). Went through all the troubleshooting steps again, they said it would be fixed tomorrow, no luck. No photos yet. I contacted them again via chat and said I would like to return them under warranty (2 year warranty on the camera). They said "Oh no wait I see that ****.exe is not installed on your camera, I sent it now and you will start receiving pictures in 24-48 hours." 24- 48 hours pass and still no photos. I contact them a third time via live chat and say I want it back under warranty and will not troubleshoot further. The woman in the chat says no, we need more troubleshooting. I say I want to speak to the manager. She ignores me and then ends the chat. Now I've given up trying to fix the camera. Worked great for 9 months, now a useless brick. The company is unwilling to uphold its 2-year warranty. Buyer Warning.
