I LOVE this dog treat bag. It's so great to run, walk or just exercise in the yard! The only downside is that the belt is very small and only fits very thin people. Also, the shoulder strap is very short. I sewed an extra piece to the hip belt but I still like the bag. I use it every time I take my pup for a walk. This is a great puppy training tool and I highly recommend Tricky Trainer treats for training! It's way better to keep treats in this bag than to mess up and stink your pockets! I also like that it has different compartments for poop bags and a zipped phone/key pocket and I use the mesh area for a small face towel (as we use it when we go for a walk/jog. Great product but be prepared changing straps if you're not a super petite person (although it's still worth it)
