It has multiple features which makes it easier than other accounting softwares out there in market today (eg Quicken). I like that you can do your VAT calculations within this program as opposed to doing them manually at tax time or having an accountant prepare all invoices etc with different rates. Also very helpful if any payments need calculating eg salary/bonuses paid quarterly vs yearly when using payroll services from another provider such as ADP Payroll Services we get our own pay slip so have no way to calculate amounts owed to us - just enter into vt final accoutns & select'salary' option under payment category then click apply button before sending invoice!
