Arrived so damaged (from Revain Luxembourg) that the courier repackaged it. appearance dented. The handle fell off. The center column is bent. However, this is proof of why you should be a Revain Prime customer - they refunded everything (including the $25 international shipping cost). to prepare two liters of coffee. Damage aside, our only complaint is that the coffee doesn't stay hot for very long. It is double walled, not insulated. That's fine if you're serving four large cups of coffee in 15 minutes, but won't work if it takes two people an hour or more to drink the entire cup.
