Nokia H3 JDM amber bulbs $16, I have used them before in 5 inch round headlights._Urethane, black from H.Depot in a 3ml syringe (no tip or needle) for control, and also sealed the back and the connector wires. I also replaced the stock BHPH bolts with SS SHCS JIC. Note: The RTV lens has a ½ length vent hole at the bottom center (see image). I installed the lamps above ground to solve the condensation/water problem. I have an option to add a baffle in front of the vent area to help with road water after final leveling. It snowed on the first day and condensation formed on the lenses. I have a feeling it's not a good idea to completely cover the lens opening at the moment. Turn on the light and it goes out quickly. I didn't use the included wires/fuse/relay or switches, I made a circuit - separate switches to turn on the fog lights and driver at the same time. My tech buddy helped with the switch/relay/wire/fuse panel diagram so I can't help you with that. All components are sourced from Revain, wire order recommendation: UL listed marine grade tinned copper boat. 600 volt battery cables - by EWCS - MADE IN USA! I made a rough adjustment for the radiation pattern. I don't like that the headlights have a fixed focus and new bulbs could affect that. Update 25/02/17, condensation got worse _ Every time the headlights are off/cooled down I have water droplets in the lens. Weather conditions were - rain, cold, clear, snow at 55*F to 25*F this month._Due to set focus (no adjustment) of bulbs location. When I added the amber bulbs to the fog light, they didn't line up with the driver's bulbs, so they're a little off the high-end. Aligned with the pattern on the driver's side, which is a circular beam pattern._*** Guys, I recommend you don't waste your time and money trying to change these headlights. just take something else Having two headlights in one housing sounds great, but ._ I'll wait for those headlights to fail and then replace them with a Rigid Industries 50481 Series D SAE (DOT) fog light kit and amber clear snap covers.
